Vista is a platform that connects photographers with people looking for photos of themselves. We use facial recognition technology to help you find and purchase your images.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

You must only upload photos of yourself for search purposes. By uploading a photo, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of matching and delivering your images.

Prices are displayed before checkout and may vary by picture. All purchases are final. Once you receive a high-resolution, watermark-free file, no refunds are available except in cases of technical errors. You receive a personal license to use the purchased photo for personal and commercial purposes.

All images remain the property of the photographer who took them. Vista owns all rights to its platform, branding, and technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any images without proper licensing.

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers (Stripe). You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

Photo availability depends on the photographer and location. We cannot guarantee that photos will be found for every user. Photos are typically available for at least 24 months after the date of upload.

You may not: Attempt to access, copy, or manipulate our technology or database. Use someone else's photo to search without their consent. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Vista is not liable for: Missed matches due to poor image quality or incomplete galleries. Loss of data beyond our control. Any indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
